Velocity

Jered Grebe was raised in a Christian home and grew up in the church. He was always involved with youth ministries and was very close to the Lord throughout his time in middle school. In high school, Jered began to struggle with some of the temptations the world offers and slid back in his walk with Christ. Being more occupied with serving himself and his own needs, he began to realize how empty and unsatisfied he was living this way. Jered found himself completely broken and in need of something far more significant than anything this world could offer him. He remembered the words of his Savior Jesus Christ, "Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light." (Matthew 11:28, emphasis added). Jered rededicated his life to serving the Lord and, in that, serving others. This led him to his beautiful wife, Morgan, and his position here at Calvary as associate pastor of Velocity.
